K48 MEGAZINE
K48 is a collaborative art initiative grounded in Relational Aesthetics, originally conceived as my thesis project at Pratt Institute. What began as a platform for collective dialogue and creative expression evolved into a multifaceted project, including a print zine, installations, performances, and community engagement.
The publication merged art, fashion, architecture, design, and music in an experimental format that referenced both DIY zine culture and glossy magazines in a CD-sized format. K48 invited participants to explore timely themes like rebellion, cults, primal instincts, prison, and the supernatural. By focusing on cultivating spaces that fostered meaningful interaction, K48 transformed into a dynamic, highly-productive space where art and participation intersected.
